THE TEAM

Nitin John Abraham is both a real estate investor and construction manager with a background in architecture and construction. He brings his experience and penchant for building relationships, solving problems and taking on challenging projects to his real estate ventures.

Over the past five years, Nitin has successfully acquired and managed over 130 units across Kansas, Missouri and California. His expertise includes thorough market research, due diligence, financial analysis, negotiation, and asset management, ensuring sustained growth and favorable returns.

As a Principal at DeBrine Associates in San Mateo, CA, Nitin has overseen provides consulting project management services to multiple clients, where his responsibilities include project management, design coordination, business development and building client relationships.

Anna Marie Reiners is a seasoned real estate investor with a demonstrated track record spanning over five years. A Missouri Native, Anna Marie lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Operating primarily in Missouri, Kansas and California, Anna Marie has successfully navigated property acquisition, due diligence, investment analysis, and negotiation processes. Her expertise extends to asset operations and management. This includes a varied mix of short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental properties, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing rental income. Since she started operating short term rentals, she has been consistently recognized as an Airbnb Superhost.

Outside of real estate, Anna Marie is a school psychologist and certified behavioral analyst. Her roles include managing teams specialized in behavior analysis and overseeing recruitment, budget management and staff training.

Powell Chee is a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in the acquisition and management of self storage and multifamily properties. He has been the lead on 16 self storage facilities, totaling more than 5,000 units and 650,000 square feet, and a general partner on seven multifamily properties, comprising over 1,100 units.

He is also the Founder of MultifamilyMasters.com, one of the largest and most successful multifamily investing meetup groups with over 17,000 members. Additionally, Powell holds two Master's degrees and has achieved the prestigious President's Circle Award, a distinction reserved for top performers in a Fortune 500 company. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his family.

Rod Khleif is a multiple business owner and philanthropist who is passionate about business, high performance, real estate and giving back. As one of the country's top real estate and peak performance luminaries. He has also owned over 2000 properties. Rod Khleif soared from humble beginnings as a young, impoverished Dutch immigrant to incredible success.
